Minute Marketing x The Cleopatra Ball | London Fashion Week 2026
What we collect
When you enter this competition, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Limited technical metadata: a salted hash of your IP address and your browser user agent are stored in our database to detect duplicate or fraudulent entries and protect the form from abuse. Your raw IP address is also recorded in our private internal Google Sheet for those same competition-administration and anti-fraud purposes.
Why we collect it
This information is used solely to:
- Administer this competition
- Verify entries and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions
- Send you a confirmation email for your entry
- Contact the winner directly, if selected
Entering this competition does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or newsletters.
Where your data is stored
Entry data is stored securely in a private database operated by Minute Marketing. A copy of core entry details (name, email, phone, entry reference, submission time, status, and raw IP address) is also recorded in a private Google Sheet used internally by Minute Marketing to manage the competition. This sheet is not publicly accessible.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to run this competition, specifically our email delivery provider (for sending your confirmation email) and Google (for the internal entry log via Google Sheets). We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Entry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the competition, respond to the winner, and meet any applicable legal or accounting obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask Minute Marketing to access, correct, or delete the personal data you submitted, subject to applicable law. To make a request, please contact Minute Marketing directly at enquiry@minute-marketing.co.uk.
Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect submitted data, including encrypted transmission, restricted database access, and hashed storage of IP addresses rather than raw IP logging.
